1. Responsible party

For personal information processed through this website and CoreXalance's own business activities, the responsible party is CoreXalance (Pty) Ltd.

2. What is collected

The exact information depends on the route used. Website forms may request identification and contact details, organisation and role information, business or programme information, diagnostic answers, enquiry context and communication preferences. Required fields are identified on the relevant form.

3. Purpose of collection

Information is collected to provide the requested website function, return a diagnostic result, respond to an enquiry, assess fit and scope, prepare for a conversation, manage the resulting business relationship, keep necessary records and protect the security and integrity of CoreXalance systems.

4. Voluntary and required information

Using the website is voluntary. Where a form marks a field as required, that information is necessary for CoreXalance to complete the specific request or respond meaningfully. If required information is not provided, CoreXalance may not be able to process that request.

5. Recipients and operators

Information may be processed by authorised CoreXalance personnel and by contracted operators or technology providers that support hosting, security, email, forms, analytics, file delivery or related operational functions.

6. Transfers outside South Africa

Where a production service provider processes information in another country, CoreXalance will evaluate and manage that processing in line with the requirements applicable to cross-border transfers.

7. Access, correction, objection and deletion

Data subjects may exercise rights available under POPIA, including requesting access to or correction of personal information and, where the law permits, objecting to processing or requesting deletion or destruction. Requests can be directed to CoreXalance using the contact details below.

8. Complaints

A person may first raise a privacy concern with CoreXalance. A complaint may also be lodged with the Information Regulator (South Africa) using the Regulator's current complaint channels and eServices portal. The Regulator currently publishes enquiries@inforegulator.org.za and 010 023 5200 as general contact details.

9. Security safeguards

CoreXalance will take reasonable steps to identify foreseeable risks and maintain safeguards appropriate to the personal information and the live systems used to process it.
