We would like to give Kreston Nathras a warm welcome to the CoreXalance Team! Kreston joined CoreXalance on 13th January 2016 as our new Marketing Manager. Kreston stood out above the rest with his spunk, passion and desire to learn and grow. We believe he will be an asset to our team and look forward to watching him fly. Kreston has studied Digital Copywriting at AAA School of Advertising and Marketing Management at UNISA. We did an interview with Kreston to help us get to know him a little better.
- How long have you been working at CoreXalance?
For a whole 13 days and counting.
- What do you think makes a good Marketing Manager?
A mix of things, creativity and good communication skills. It helps to have an outgoing personality because you are dealing with people all the time. Good administrative skills are essential too because of all the paperwork!
- What do you enjoy most about your job?
For the past 13 days, everyday has been different. Each task is something new and I like that.
- If you were stranded on an island and could only take 3 things, what would you take?
A soccer ball! Mint & lime for my Mojito! And definitely a magazine for the crosswords.
- What is your favourite day of the week, and why?
Thursdays, cause I was born on one!
- If you were a box of cereal, what would you be?
I am not that big on cereal but if I had to choose then Coco Pops – caramel flavour cause I’m such a sweetie lol!
- If you won the lotto, what would you do with the money?
I would start a company that would be staffed by entirely homeless people. I would love to give those who really want to change a second chance in life.
- If you were a food, what type of food would you be?
A gourmet burger, because I’m casual yet refined!
- If you were not a Marketing Manager, what would you be?
A carpenter. I would love to work with wood. I enjoy the grain of the wood, and being able to make something out of it.
- If you were a Superhero, what would your Superpower be?
My superpower would be to be able to fly! Would be great to be able to just get away from everything.
- If you were a flavour of ice-cream, what flavour would you be?
Defiantly blueberry cheese cake flavour. Love that!
- If there was a movie produced about your life, who would play you?
Keanu Reeves or Johnny Depp, because my fiancé loves them (loves me more though…I hope) and I want her to watch my movie!
- Do you still believe in Santa?
No, unfortunately never have…stranger danger lol!!!

My fiancé
- If you were an animal, what kind of animal would you be?
A lion. They are just so cool!
- What is your favourite drink?
Flavoured water and Bernstein Lager.
- What do you do when you are not at work?
When I am not at work, I am spending time with my fiancé, catching up on series, watching movies or shopping (I’m the designated carrier)

Coke!
- Cats or dogs?
Dogs!
- The beach or the bush?
BEACH! I’m from the coast, so it’s been hardwired into my DNA.
