CoreXalance 7th Annual Media Credit Awards Evening – JHB

in News

This year marked the 7th Annual Media Credit Awards Evening and what a fantastic event it was handing out awards to those Media Owners who displayed excellent in Credit Management. This year we welcomed two new Media Owners to our family, Provantage and Paarl Media. We look forward their continued involvement in the future. More great news is the merger between NAB and Habari, now known as Spark Media.

CoreXalance started the Awards in 2009 to honour and celebrate the Finance and Credit Departments of the various Media Owners who subscribe to our services. These Departments are the backbone of any organisation and it has been our pleasure to celebrate them and this year has been no exception.

With the Carnival Theme, guests were welcomed with soda pops and chip sticks, with popcorn and candyfloss to follow. The food, games, ambiance and sweets all oozed carnival. After the awards, our guest let their hair down and enjoyed the Magician (that had very tricky fingers) and heartily participated in the fun and games that was set up for the evening as well as a photo booth for those lasting memories. Prizes were up for grabs as the guests participated in, Pop the Balloon, The Ping Pong Challenge, Ring Toss, Straw-Smarties Challenge and of course Hula Hooping! Besides our awards, Ellis, Director of MCC walked away with a humongous teddy bear and Lorinda, from Primedia Broadcasting won the Prize of the night, a R1000 Woolworths voucher. Sibongile from Caxton won the largest jar of jelly beans ever! Congratulations!
