“10 years”
2. What do you think makes a good Operations Director?
“I think you have to have the ability to be on top of everything, in all departments, all of the time. It is not just an average 8-5 position. You also have to be able to think for yourself, your staff and what is best for the business.”
3. What do you enjoy most about your job?
“I enjoy managing, investigating and implementing. I like that I can look at the bigger picture of things.”
4. If you were stranded on an island and could only take 3 things, what would you take?
“My husband, so that he can sort everything out, my toothbrush and coca cola!”
5. What is your favourite day of the week, and why?
“I love Fridays because that is when I really start to think and get going.”
6. If you were a box of cereal, what would you be?
“Honey Cheerios.”
7. If you won the lotto, what would you do with the money?
“Be an anonymous Santa”
8. If you were a food, what type of food would you be?
“A piece of steak, because I can be succulent and tough.”

“A doctor.”

“Invisibility”

“Caramel, because it is not vanilla and not chocolate. It is something different.”

“Yes, for the sake of my kids and my dog”

“My family”

“A giraffe. I like to see everything”

“Coca Cola with ice. Lots and lots of ice”

“Change nappies (giggles) Ha, no really I work and I like to go to the movies”
