We held our first CoreEQ101 session yesterday morning entitled “Value the Generational Gap.” This session focused on the differences between the various Generations and how to embrace, and gain an appreciation for, each one in the workplace.
Lots of fun was had (as can be seen in the pictures below) and, more importantly, all the delegates walked away with the skills needed to deal with conflict in the workplace and communicate effectively.
