Do you remember ever rolling your eyes at your parents as a youngster? As we know by now, all teenagers know everything and all parents know nothing! This paradigm not only plagues your home but your workplace too. There might be a colleague you just wish would hurry up and go on retirement, or maybe a younger co-worker you wish would look for greener pastures elsewhere.

There is a saying that comes to mind here – “you can’t live with and you can’t live without.” The younger generation needs the insight and wisdom of the older generation and the older generation can gain fresh perspectives and inventive ideas from the younger generation.

Who should attend this session?

Why we act like we act is not only determined by our personality type or cultural beliefs but also our generation. This session is for all ages and any generational group will benefit from attending it and learning to understand their fellow man.
